Identifying Inefficiencies Within the Compressed Air System
Join us on November 21, 2017 as we learn from Danny Shaver at Compressed Air Technologies who will discuss process of identifying inefficiencies and waste energy consumption within the compressed air system.
We identify, quantify the cost implications, and propose cost-effective solutions to compressed air system inefficiencies. Subsequent to an onsite air system audit is the air system audit report, which will include identified waste and inefficient system operation issues, the cost to the facility represented by these operational problems, suggested equipment to mitigate the energy and operational inadequacies, and recommended new equipment and costs, if necessary
Mr. Shaver has been involved in the evaluation of industrial compressed air systems, with the goal of reducing energy consumption and optimizing system performance, for over 25 years. He has been involved in over 250 compressed air energy and optimization audits in the refinery, chemical, food, and clean-room industries.
