80 GHz Radar Level Measurement
Join us on January 24, 2017 as we learn from Greg Tischler of VEGA Americas who will discuss how 80 GHz is changing how non-contact radar is applied to level measurements.
80 GHz radar devices are now used to measure liquids and solids. Discover how frequency alone, has made radar level measurements more reliable, easier to install, and easier to commission. This frequency has created opportunities for new measurements. This presentation will explore these new opportunities, as well as caution about areas where it should not be used.
Gregory Tischler is a Product Manager at VEGA Americas responsible for radar and guided wave radar sensors. He is a member of global corporate teams tasked with identifying the requirements of varying industries and making sure that these products meet the needs of those industries is his primary function. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Industrial Automation industry, all with VEGA Americas. During this time, VEGA has gone from nearly no presence in the market to one of the leading suppliers of radar-based level measurement sensors
